What happens when management treat the internal customer in a very unprofessional way in which I get really hurt?

All the Customers are the same internal or external,business run all over the World thru the Customers, not by looking at the customers who and what nationality,greed /religion its business have to balance with understanding and cooperation to boost up the business .
