You are thinking to invest to hospitality sector,to hotel. would you invest to 5 star hotel or 3 star hotel which is well run? is the Ego or profit?

I would go for3 star hotel, because it not really matters the stars when it comes to income. Even3 star hotel runs well, I would do investment in this, but it is hard to answer, because there is not very clear how5 star hotel runs?!
