Do you think if females work in your office it will increase the work productivity of the males employee?

I think yes but it need a good stratigy from the leaders or managers

Definitely, maintaining the good relationship between male and female staff in a company helps to increase productivity.
Naturally, male initiate the female to be honest and optimistic as female do for male.
