How important is your attitude towards your company policies?

Attitude of any employee should fit within company's policies otherwise he will fail to deliver the required performance.

Policies is rules to serve companies not for obstruct their works, If the policies suitable for the company's I will support and develop it for the better, and if they are not in line with the company's business I will try to modify it with the competent department to be suitable for the company.

Extremely important, if you are serious to excel in your career in the any company. One day will come that you will be one of the policy makers. 

The important is  be honest,teamwork,follow the rules and regulations what are the compny gives to us.and most of all hardwork and environmental friendly.

some company's policies might be transparent and ethical and the employee can be consistent with company's objectives! but in rare case, some company may not even have such policy! Then thats up to the employee's discretion!

It is a matter of synergy bettween Employee's attitude and Company's policy. If there is no synergy between both of them then either one is wrong.

Now a days two type of employees one who are competent  second who are clever. obviously competent must have some attitude because they know the correct things the correct way of doing their work and  these clever   they are incompetent but know the tricks to take advantage of others knowledge and abilities they just want their name every where   they wont let them to work taking advantage of high profile attitude of competent. so friends if you are competent be clever also and don't show your attitude.this will curb these inefficient ' clever'.
