The HR profession offers excellent opportunities variety of responsibility. HR offer greater flexibility, one of the attractive traits about HR is that there are so many career paths within it and when someone specialises it doesn't mean that anything else is closed, HR is the bridge between employee & employer, HR profession make you close to the people, talking to the people Listening them, solving people problems, one of the most important reasons, is that you are serving people, supporting them ,creating better place for the people, to gain more productivity
Because I love to be Coach. Of course it is a long way to understand what you really love and it needs some time to collect the knowledge, skills and other necessary abilities. There is nothing that beautiful as to love the own work or duty!
Love to serve others and being in a hospital most of my child life due to burns suffered as a child I got to love the nursing aspect and desire grew to become a nursing professional.
I want to like increase my knowledge and feel pain as an human being during pregnancy and related problems

i am passionate about my work whatever i do, do with conviction.hr executive job is an interesting and dynamic job where i got the opportunity to work as a team in recruitment, assessed and evaluated training program along with the administration job like record management, tracking employee attendance, issuing offer letters, appointment, increment and transfer letters,payroll management.i meet with different people and am good communicator to all level.it makes my job challenging and everyday is a new day.
Because i like to serve Humanity,and this has been my dream vocation when i was small.
