What is the desired time of working? 8 hours or more than 8 hours?

The working should not be measured by hours, should be measured by efficiency ....
Its useless to work12 hours and without any result...

7-8 hours in my opinion.
Longer working hours does not mean better productivity, that has been proven by many companies that has changed working days from8 to6 hours.
