Good evening. Yes, you are right, but I can see this statement from different point of view. Many times amateur is not the one who doesn't have guts to face the challenges, but they de-motivated by other for having lack of experience. It is always notices that companies prefer for the experience person and gives less opportunities to fresher one, since they have doubt about their caliber. At the same time, if someone can overcome to this then that person will be game changer and recognized by other.

I would like to modify your statement, "The people who have poor visibility they wait for inspiration whereas the people who can foresee then change the destiny as per them."
