Is it possible for a Project Manager to keep ALL external & internal stakeholders happy? (as implied by stakeholder theory)

Depends on the individual...a typical project manager should be a person who reads the pulse of any stakeholder and maintains gud rapport with all of them as this one of key aspects of project success

Satisfy all and everybody will be happy, means that the PM will be so exhausted in the effort to satisfy all, it's simply impossible
