How can one ensure to keep growing and developing as a leader?

Diversity exists in all companies culture, one must accept change and continue to grow and achieve at a higher standards productively , with embracing diversity.

Only when your ideas and goals are being achieved, and when your team feel the results of these achievements morally and materialistically.

A leader has to be, as well, always innovative and progressive, come up with new methods of achieving goals, he/she has to think outside the box at all times.
