How can I select two different columns like column A and column E in Excel without the concentric columns?

By holding ctrl and clicking on the columns that want to select.

If you want to select a non-contiguous cells, rows or columns just simply hold the CTRL and click.

Press Ctlr (Control Button) than Click on Column A and E

hold on ctrl and select colunm A, then write comma (,) and select column E while holding Ctrl and press enter you will get the answer.

 Select by clicking the Column A with mouse Cursor then hold the CTRL then select Column E,D,F.

Selecting the column A from the headers press and hold control button and select column E. Ways to select complete column: use mouse and click on top of the column heading. Alternatively use keyboard ( ctrl+shift+End) keys to select whole column.

Very Simple select by clicking the Colum A with mouse Cursor then hold the CTRL then select Colum E,D,F whetever you Want by mouse cursor

Simply use Ctrl key, just hold ctrl key and select as much different column as you need
