The review of empanelled vendors and agencies is very critical in getting the results within assigned TAT. The handling of review will includes
1- Repute of vendor/Agency.
2- Comprehensive agreement which should not contrdicts with orgnaiztional policy frame.
2- Performance review on regular intervals hence enabling the management to take right decision in future.
3- listing and delisting on achievment base.
Though they are contractually obliged to make payments, its good to know the route case for delays and try to maximize the AR reduction which would help in regular achievements/ exceeding the Targets.
