Who have more chances to get a job of Guest Service Officer in Dubai: 24 yo single girl without experience or 34 yo married woman with experience?

For the jobs like waitress/room service/welcome service a girl is usually fit but for the jobs like Front desk oficer/receptionist/telephone operator/manager, an experienced and married lady should be hired.

my first preference would definately be the woman coz she has the experience but at the same time would also keep the girl in mind coz it would be an opportunity in terms of her career to learn something new and strive for future growth with the experience 

I think the 24-year-old girl is a candidate for the job for two reasons

The first reason is she want to work and she have positive energy, she want to prove themselves as soon as possible

The second reason is most important that she is unmarried and she has enough time to work longer if it is available

FOR SERVICES THAT NEEDS ATTRACTIVENESS, A YOUNG LADY WITHOUT EXPERIENCE IS BETTER BUT FOR SERVICES THAT NEEDS CARING FOR AGENTS, A MARRIED PERSON WITH EXPERIENCE IS SUITABLE. IN MY OWN OPINION I THINK A MARRIED PERSON WITH EXPERIENCE IS MORE SUITABLE.

It would be based on the job description of the company, both of them have chances as per company requirements.
