You can ask family members,friends or immediate relatives. you can also present your proposal to venture capitalists and get funding

Liquor (alcohol) business is Haram (prohibited) under Shariah norms so I can't advise you on the issue.

any credit accessed without collateral is obviously smaller in volume because realistically no one is willing to lend you large sums of money without any security offered. so if you want to go global, you're going to need huge sums of money to do that, and collateral. you could simply start small and timeline your progress, let the small funding build you to the point where your business amasses enough assets to improve your credit worthiness. otherwise, the possibilities of extensive credit without collateral are slim, and the same goes to global expansion without a good asset base and/or financing.
