How a fresher can get job when every company needs an experienced one?

1) Many companies specifically hire freshers to train them up

2) There are many jobs that require little or no experience or skills.  Once inside the business, experience and skills may be gained.

3) Volunteer in the charity sector to gain experience

4) Find a hiring manager who values character over skills

5) Start your own business

There are only2 outs from this situation:

- get a job eventually

- die without ever having had a job

Most people go for the first one. :-)
