How important do you think communication in graphic design is?

I would say that it is extremely important for graphic designers to communicate with each other as well as with art directors. The need to communicate with other graphic designers is so that they would know exactly what you are doing and they would not do something you are already working on. Art directors work along side the graphic designer so they should know what the graphic designer is doing at all times to ensure that they are following the correct procedure in visual communication.
