I am interested in learning the Arabic Language,I believe it would be a great factor to fully communicate. How does the knowing the language help you?

I am in full support of this statement. I strongly believe if you speak to a person in his/her native language he will feel comfortable and it will allow you to communicate in an effective way. You can easily identify the need of the customer and advise him/her the best solution.
