What are the main responsibilities to supervise the work sites?

1. "Safety First" - check and inspect workers PPE, workers ergonomics and environment.

2. Quality -  Are the working procedure followed?Is the Standard Drawing followed?Is the quality approved?

3. Progress and Schedule - How much progress did they have in one day?(everyday actual accumulation). Is the schedule followed?

4. Check and Monitor Site actual problem and situation. If theres any conflict, immediately devise a revision on site.

Make sure each department is visited, productivity analyzed as well as current work in process overseen to ensure alignment between planning and operations.
