How do I open a current bank account in the name of a company?

In India u have to give a copy of the sole proprietorship, partnership, or pvt ltd co registration certificate apart for a TRADE LISENCE ( PERMISSION TO PLY A TRADE) to open a current account in the name of the co. U can also have current account in ur own name but a bussines is a different entity and tax parameters would be different.

The authority of Dealing with  a bank - Name

Certificate of Register

Tax Number

share / percentage / Owners

Fill a form KY C - Know your customer

Deposit sum of money as the currency of the account
