i beleive our aim as a leaders is to make our team in line with listed characteristics-

for me it is a face of ideal employee but people do not born ideal employees

so first the leader must value and try  have all above as much as possible to be a role model, but also it is leaders job to make all above collective characteristic of his team-no person can be ideal in all above-but team can

so my opinion is that leader together with team represent this hypotetical ideal employee real life model for the company and having more good team properly leaded is guarantee of successful business
