For experience its a good start.for job m in safe level.about salary its ok..but it should grow according to ones experienc.

In my opinion satisfised is this things which is never fullfill in the human beings may be no body satisfy his jobs.
As same way according my qualification, work experience, i am not satisfied my salary

if there is self respect than i m satisfied.... whatever the salary or  designation u hav... if there is no self respect than evrything is useless
