1) If you are the inspirational kind: Start writing on paper as soon as its your 'light bulb' moment. then when you have time type it up.
2) Thought leadership/PR: Use tools like Buffer App to check when your infliuencers on Facebook & Twitter are active and schedule your blog posts in advance.
It depends on your schedule; irrespective of whether you are a freelancer or doing a permanent job. Over a period of time you will get an idea of what time your readers visit your blog (Google Analytics will help you with that to a great extent).You can then schedule a blog post accordingly by using automation option of your CMS.
At night , ,at day time is job time ,and i am very dedicated to my work , so for me at night.
