Supply and demand vary by type of employment, according to the possibilities of companies to ask for this function so it became a choice of job knowledge and nepotism way and not on the competencies and skills regrettably
Some of core reason for finding a quality job are due to:
- Not having right qualification
- Not having KSA as per the requirement.
- lack of communication skills or unable to register in front of recruiter or technical heads.
- over age or short of experience.

as per my experience i wont b agree with u bcz if ur cv is not getting attention then it vl hard for getting job. i mean the cv must b more attractive to receive a call for the interview...it means u can b consider for the job ...........
