Some Email Websites are not Working But Most of Internet websites we Can Browse on the PC, What is main area we have to check very first to fix?

If there was no Proxy Server in between your PC's connection and the target websites then the problem might be with DNS server. Or, another reason could be those Email Websites might have blocked your your IP's access. 

There could be a lot of other reasons as well though.
