Which Arab country best uses online media?

After the Arab Spring, I would have to say Egypt.

Highest penetration is in KSA and Egypt and then UAE.

I Think there is a lot to say what excatly the best but in my opinion is Egypt and maybe United Arab Emirates too.

Can't agree more, Egypt is the best Arab country use the online media and surprisingly, Saudi Arabia and UAE come second and third to it.
