In your opinion, how many years of employment is suitable to make your next career step?

It depends on the field you are working in and your performance , sales executive to sales supervisor minimum2 years, In my opinion after3 years of employment a person is eligible to make a move.

I think5 years employment is quite good experience in the same job and after that5 years you may try to discover some new challenges.
