How do you deal with set back or disappointment at workplace?

Setback or disappointment motivates me to try/work even harder. It will definitely be a bit painful but you just need to lift yourself and give it another chance. Setbacks and disappointments are part of life.

TAKE A DEEP BREATH ....... GATHER YOURSELF & KEEP ON MOVING ,,,,  IT IS NOT YOUR HOME LAND , ITS WORK PLACE ,,,,,,, SO MOTIVATE YOURSELF FOR THE NEXT ASSIGNMENT AND MOVE ................ I would immediately get to the root of the problem and find out what went wrong at my end. Pointing fingers at others or simply accepting responsibility without offering solutions is inefficient and in fact, irresponsible. After contemplating the situation I would identify a suitable course of action to rectify the problem.

The company will never accept your emotions. You need to be strong and use dialogues.

try to think of the positive things and you find yourself getting a solution.
