What was the most difficult management decision you have ever had to make?

To get approval from the Directors for the disposal of dead inventories .
In this process I have to sweat out why the inventory has gone dead and do the root cause analysis

main decision i had to make is to separate the dormant stock to active stock which i managed with my team in2 weeks and amount of dormant electronics spares were12000 line items.
