Simply Sales productivity: is connecting sales activities to measurable outcomes in term of sales targets (Maximum results with minimum costs), by increasing efficiency and effectiveness skills inside sales man.

Effectiveness: Enhancement of the quality of the outcomes from sales activities. (Doing Right Things) 

Efficiency: Increasing the salesperson’s ability to complete more activities in less time. (Doing things Right)
