I'm a 'morning' person my nature, so this is my best time of the time.
Early afternoon and late evening at the weekends, so much to write and plenty of time to write it in.

Depends upon the type of person one is. Some work great at night while some morning. It is upto the individual to know what time is he/she most productive.
It depends on what your objective is. If you are writing for a social platform or cause, you'd want to post your work at a time that the internet is rife with connection and people are online. The internet is an ever-open source of information. Something you post now may be popular for a few hours but it will be overtaken by something else, guaranteed. In this case you will need to personally assess your town/city/country demographics and work your writing into a time that it will receive mass appeal, or analyse the crowd you are working on and network according to when is most socially appealing for them.
I don't set specific time to write. I write anytime, even if it is in the middle of the night. But I am a day person, and I do my writing during the day, most of the time. Although, there are times when inspiration comes in the middle of the night, so I have to get up and scribble the thoughts running in my head.
Some people work best during the day; while others. prefer to write at night.
