Explain the term Hallo Error.

In Business or HR, a halo error is a mistake or bias that can occur in evaluating an individuals performance where they are consistently rated  based on the evaluator's overall impression, rather than on their actual performance in various categories. Human resource professionals  evaluating employees of a business need to be aware of the halo error and correct for it.
