In laymans terms it is the feedback you get when you do not get the job, Usually it is the interviewer who gives you the feedback based on the interview. Some interviewers would not waste their time and tell you what you should've said or could've done... In the case where an interviewer does tell you, make sure to thank them and take notes of what they are saying.
