Is financial audit sufficient in today context or do we need to more advance concept of audit which includes IT perspective?

Of course financial audit by itself would not be sufficient. Other types of audits such as operations audits, compliance audits and of course Information systems audit are very important to provide a solid internal audit function in companies and organizations.
