How you can install an application without any user interaction and without displaying a progress bar in windows 8?

Applications can be installed using /quiet (quiet display option) . the installer run without displaying any progress bar.

Hello, you can use the /quiet switch to install the application in background, however please note that you will need a config file which is known as answer file for the installation if the application setup needs certain things to be configured during setup.Thanks.

MSI installation packages can install without user interaction with following parameters  

/qn, /quiet (no UI will be showed during the installation)

 

eg: msiexec.exe <application package> /qn
