I do really liked it, it is very smart and creative method; I believe it has various benefits to all stakeholders; the candidates, share expertise and knowledge and get ranked and recognized better by employers. Employers can even know their candidates before interviewing them, it is like virtual interview. On the other hand, Bayt. com by introducing this platform it maintain its candidates database and enhance the relationship on one hand, and on the other hand it provide virtual database to employers and can attract more clients.
I believe it managed to achieve win-win relationship with all stakeholders. I do like this smart initiative.
Actually this is my first time to join a conversion like this in net, to be frank i really like it having experience of 7years in customer service this conversation allows me to share my knowledge and be more open-minded from others idea. I hope that it could invite more so then we can create helpful ideas not just for us but also for the people who's struggling same situations which are being discuss in this forum.
