Thank you my brother ,,,, I agree with my brother Hatem ,,,Comparison may not be the form of absolute as the steel coated epoxy which fail to paint a property (coating) when bending or being scratched and Crusting It also weakens the steel galvanized when you bend it, but we do not find such negativity in stainless steel Add to this the cost factor, so we can say that the better or the best of all in corrosion resistant reinforcement among all is stainless steel. In particular, austenitic stainless steel stayed uncorroded even there was chloride contamination in concrete in the experiment .
the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel was the worst among the three types of bar
reinforcement. For galvanized steel bars, corrosion started to occur when a certain chloride
content in concrete (i.e.0.4% by cement weight) was exceeded. However, for epoxy-coated
bars, they extended the time taken for cracking to occur when compared with galvanized
steel bars. The best corrosion resistant reinforcement among all is stainless steel. In particular,
austenitic stainless steel stayed un-corroded even there was chloride contamination in
concrete in the experiment.
Stainless steel is not the best resistant but the best to use, the other have an extra connection barrier between materials, and this is what you don't want!

Epoxy coated bars, If epoxy coated will be done after fully treated steel. Also stainless steel bars may be corrode in due course of time. However stainless steels are not preferred to use due high initial material cost.
Epoxy-coated bars is more corrosion resistant than stainless steel bars galvanized bars.

well if you are asking the best solution for corrosion resistance then I prefer PVC Coated steel bar. Please tell me how may person agree with my statement.
Stainless steel is good, as far as theory is concerned. But for cost effectiveness, one can use either Epoxy coated or galvanised re-bars, after studying the local environment & chemical composition of cement, which can be collected from the cement supplier.
For concrete epoxy coated re-bars are most useful.
