Dream job is the job where you put your effort to work and always you try to learn new things nad we improve our skill because it is our dream.
i prefer dream job
It depends on who is hiring to you and what his or her organization need. I do not recommend to switch another field due to he or she already knows the stakeholders.
i think we should follow our dreams because we got satisfaction with them, and there is no price for inner satisfaction. You may make hansome amount money with a good job but it would be very hard for you to get happy and satisfied with your life. So at the end of the Day choice is yours that you want satisfaction or Money....
honestly, we can only get dream job in our dreams.there is no such job as dream job, we can only find a good job, better job and best job, but a dream job is only possible in our dreams.hope this could answer your question.
