I would say acceptance. There is no point of being aware or need of change but you are not willing to accept the change.

Attitude - Positive attitude is required & the momentum should be maintained continuously to have any effect in the way the business is carried now & how you perceive your organisation to see to be doing over a considerable period of time.

(Either personal or professional 'Change' is an long term process thus requires lots of positive attitude & approach, right mind set, clear vision of what you need to achieve & lots of patience) :-)
