Why should you design/code for mobile first?

Mobile First is the idea that web sites should first be designed for mobile devices, including only those tasks/items that website visitors use most. Then as screen real estate increases, add in tasks/features as needed based on user priority.

Due to continually increasing usage of mobile and tabs for accessing the web, Many designers started to follow mobile first approach .
But its not suitable all the time! in certain cases, you may need to develop mobile version of your website.
In other cases you may want to build HTML5 or Native Mobile App to reduce transferred data and to get more control on how user interact with your data.
