For Telemetric Control there are several options. PCS/ WinCC is widely used. Also Indusoft now owned by Schneider is a good option. Infact any SCADA can be used for this purpose by assigning the right architecture. SCADA is supposed to be capable of Remote Control. Telemax by Sensys is a cheaper solution.
