Where is the best country in the Middle East to start as a fresh grad in the communication design field?

Dear Samar, Personaly i dont belive that there is a best country to practice such skill, Moreover i think you can change the quistion to where is the best place to practice it.
However by joining any organization in a supervisour level or above you can practice this skill.
