All has importance in my motivation. Frankly money is1st motivating factor for me.

I had been making concessions from3to6 !

With money and respect I could manage my self motivation.

Note I agree with you for their priority orders , then the most of the most is money ! 

Everything is necessary from1 to6. Therefore I'd say a combination of everything. However money is the biggest motivating factor which stands above all but closely related to the rest of the factors.

5 Skill improvement

This is a very good question. I think if we can bring these motivations in a job then it will be an achievement and success surely.

This question usually takes into account a persons needs, character and personality. 

People are driven towards success by factors which impact their lives one way or another. For example personally I am driven by Respect, recognition and experience but depending on my situation in life this could change. If I have a personal goal to achieve my motivation towards my job may change in that I may be motivated by bonus incentives because I am in need to accomplish my goal and so on... 

As for myself, in most cases I'm motivated by recognition and improvement (i.e I can do extra effort to improve myself in terms of knowledge, skills and behavior. )
