you improve your English speaking and vocabulary, the only way to get IELTS.
Basically we should concentrate on vocabulary, if we get it then these tests will be very easy to achieve a good result.
Reading module also having a tough situation but the only thing that will be helpful is concentration and practice.

There are four parts in IELTS examination,1) Listening2) Writing3) Reading4) Speaking .
Basically if you familiar to english language, then its not that much difficult for you to be ready for IELTS exam, you just have to know about proper use of punctuations, good bank of Vocabulary and you should have good impressive ideas for essay writings, good sense of English hearing and you'll have to make fluency in your speaking.
If you have all these things prepared satisfactorily, then you can score good bands in IELTS.
And there are standard series of books and audio files for preparation and you can also take help from Internet, online testings or doing practices on webs is also really helpful...
