What is a concept of a teacher about a good student? is it on basic on character or talent ?

I would suggest that you would firstly appreciate their talent/ability after all they are there to learn and absorb knowledge. One would hope that should an individual be talented but not such a nice person, you as a teacher will be able to help "mould" and "shape" their personalities in the hope that they leave your educational facility as much more "rounded" indviduals!!
