Is it important to stay with the company which have good market value and name but its seems that your career is growing well?

Well, Career growth depends on2 levels of satisfaction- organization's as well as the employee. Now, Organization is going well in market value and name but no self satisfaction at the employee's end; this means that employee's sustainability in doing a specific job is risked by how long he/she can take this specific job responsibilities but yet, crash shall occur.

So, a smaller organization can be the fitted environment for one's success, growth and on-job satisfaction to occur.

it depends on many other factors, I advice to stay,  as song as your career with the company aligned with your objectives.
