How do you evaluate the students?

Daily tasks, tests, and attitudes. 

Students are of different type.Some are extrovert while others are introvert.All students have hidden talents in them.Evaluating students just by the syllabus is not the right way of evaluation. Mostly evaluation is made on learning skill, communication skill, writing skill and the area in which the child is interested .special evaluation should be done to dyslexia student's because I personally don't want any students to think they are USELESS.

Mostly through their work at classes

Generally the evaluation of the students is based on their performance but to me it is not fair. All the students in a class are not on the same level of mind; some pick quickly but others have to work hard. 

So it is preferred to evaluate students on the basis of daily activities; assignments, tests, zeal and performance.

Evaluation of the students can be done by examining their overall internal and external performance by interacting with them on one to one basis and by various examination methods suitable for the occasion.

Basically, there are many types of evaluation . the teacher should select what kind of evaluation he is going to perform . Is he going to see how his students pronounce some words ,so he needs oral exams . there is every-class evaluation .there is pen-paper evaluation

Morality - exams - activity

The ultimate purpose of the lesson is for students to master the lesson objective. It is a successful lesson if students are presented with new material and then understand and can apply the new skills or information. During an observation, the principal also takes in consideration other aspects. Were the lesson plans submitted on time? Do they include all required elements such as objectives, materials, and each step in the lesson, as well as opening review or preview, and closing summary or preview of tomorrow's lesson? Are today's lesson objectives posted on the board? Is the room organized and pleasant? Are the students engaged in the lesson? Does the teacher address all the students and accommodate needs of all the learners? Depending on the administrator, there are often conferences before and after the observation, which are also part of the evaluation.
