<p><span> I'm able to query GE PACS for patients but I cannot retrieve the studies to the CC Workstation. I ran into this same issue with K-PACS and found out with the Centricity3.0 upgrade qury/retrieve is restricted to Dicom move at Patient level. I'm just guessing here but it looks like CC performs Dicom move at series level. Is there anyway to adjust this somplace in the settings of CC? Or, has someone found a fix for this unrelated to my guessing.</span></p>
Check the below points:
1. Check the Dicom confiuration in both GE PACS and CC Workstation (AE, Port & IP).
2. Check the firewall it should be disabled or open the ports if firewall is on.
