All-important. Can not be a trade-off between them.

All function jobs with same filed but event management is other

Each of these jobs functions has its own value and importance’s.  NO jobs are big or small, job is job!

 

Depends on mind set up. If you want that job run you then every job is useless. But if you want that you have to do job or job run by you then every job is functional
