Myself Dis-agree as not all People can appreciate the concept of that , as they are many people how MUST follow them to make the work finish and other need to be Punished and Others need a verbal or warning letters , But you can try it for1 week and if you achieve nothing , then you must wake up early and know for sure your team can't apply that but others people can apply to void any waste time or effort.
