I guess only a PA will understand what the question is about...and just to entertain you, I meant "having to work out the work schedule of his wife and charity meetings appointments and arranging her travel, booking his vacations i.e. booking in hotels and spas for him and his wife, maintaing a schedule for his kids school activities and picnics and travelling and wrting out cheques and to pay off school fees, etc. etc. etc. hope I was clear.
