What is the toughest part about leading large teams?

I have personnal experience with this issue, the toughest part , how u can arrange nice chemistry OR/AND Harmony between targeted large team u r working with.

Leading isn't as hard as it might sound.
It's really the easiest path.
If your team knows that you'll also do whatever you expect from them, they'll likely work hard to help you achieve your goa
